I have a question about bartending in Las Vegas ?

How much does a bartender in Las Vegas make per shift , per week, per month and per year working at any bar in a casino, strip club or normal bar or at a night club. Give me examples of how many drinks they would make per night ?What kind of skill level do you have to have ? What the difference between a skilled Las Vegas bartender and everyone else ? How difficult is it to get a job and what would it take to get a job ? What work permits are required ? Please be very specific to your answers and provide as much detail as possible.
