If I telecommute from Las Vegas to my Employer in California, do I have to pay CA state income tax?

    Yes income from CA sources is taxed by CA even if you live elsewhere and earn most of your income from other sources.

    For tax return with zero income but if you earned that nv will give you earned that you must report income but dont worry too much.
